I've used Krylon Fusion Spray Paint on some plastic chairs. It works great.

Scrub clean, dry, and paint with spray paint for plastic. Works great!

Rust-Oleum's Universal line of spray paint works great too. And there are a lot of colors to choose from. Home Depot has the biggest selection in that line.
