Red, White, and Blue Apothecary Jar

I wanted to create a patriotic apothecary jar for display on my sofa table. Of course, this could be part of a mantel display, too.
I began with red kidney beans in the bottom of my jar. The decorative bottom of the apothecary jar requires extra beans.
To use less beans as filler, I placed a directly in the jar. I attempted to center it. Then I added more beans. Make sure the can is fully covered by beans.
I finished off the project with a ribbon for a nice decorative touch.
