How to Make Paper Flowers

I love decorating with flowers at home. But fresh flowers are not always an option. Although artificial flowers look nice and pretty all year around, sometimes they can be expensive. Learn a new way to use your napkins and create pretty paper flowers.
Materials:

1. Different colors napkins

2. Green straw for the stem

3. Stapler

4. Scissors
My napkins are 3 layered. I divided all of the layers and used 2 layers of green, 3 of pink and 1 of orange. Then I folded them accordion style.
Then with the stapler I attached the straw directly in the center of the folded napkins.
Now it’s the time for unfolding all of the napkin layers. This can take a while, if your flower has a lot of layers :) And don’t worry if some of the petals tear apart – this won’t be so visible at the end.
I put my bouquet in this Mason Jar Vase, that I created. If you’re interested click here for the tutorial - http://www.happycreativeplace.com/2015/04/diy-mason-jar-vase/
