How to Spruce up Outdoor Projects With Paint

It's that time of year again, time to tidy up the yard and refresh and renew old, worn out items. I started with a cast iron planter and an "older than dirt" birdbath.
This is the pretty "after" of the older than dirt birdbath.
To prepare the birdbath I scraped the chipping paint and then gave it a good once over with a wire brush. That was a lot of work!

NOTE: use caution and take the proper steps if you think your project may contain lead paint.
Now for the fun and easy part. I used some outdoor high gloss paint in my friendly Finish Max paint sprayer. Wow! the paint worked great and it was done in no time.

This was the first time I ever used this paint in my Finish Max. I was really pleased with the outcome.
This was project #2 that I tackled this week. Again, use caution if you suspect lead paint.

What will you be sprucing up this Spring? Does it involve a Finish Max? I highly recommend it, because I use it several times a week on my projects.
