It is great fun to be able to bring your bikes when you are camping. This is an easy economical way to make a rack yourself. This was adapted from others my hubby had seen while doing research. Don't pay hundreds when you can pay with 3 Andrew Jacksons. One hour or less and you are done. I promise it is sturdy and easy.
Buy a few extra bolts, washers, nuts and lock nuts to adapt to your style, model pop up camper. Take back what you don't need.
Easy on and off & won't bang around.
You can add several bikes depending on how long you purchase the horizontal bar. We put the wheels inside the camper till our final destination.
Bikes loaded and ready to go.
It is super easy to do a make it self bike rack. Items are found at your local hardware stores. Everything was precut and ready to install. Very few tools are needed. Check my blog for more details.
