How to Make an Outdoor Rug

I made a weatherproof outdoor rug from a recycled piece of vinyl flooring for FREE!
The finished outdoor porch floor cloth!
I played with cutting scrap paper into interesting shape for my rug. Once I was satisfied, I cut the vinyl. I used a paper plate as a template for the rounded corners.
I painted the back of the vinyl flooring with leftover outdoor paint and let it dry. I spray pained the edges with leftover turquoise spray paint for interest.
I cut a few design elements from the rest of the vinyl, spray painted them, and glued them to the outdoor rug with E6000 glue.
I put it on the porch and let my neighbors ooh and ah over my "expensive" outdoor rug.
