U.S. Flag Door Hanging
Instead of making a traditional wreath to celebrate the 4th of July, I decided to create something to hang on the door with some simple materials I had on hand. This flag cost me a total of $5 and it was so fun to create!
I used a few different colors of paint, some painter's tape, and little stars that I found at a craft store.
I used the tape to section off the different colors and then began to paint.
This is what it looks like with the tape removed. If you need to touch it up you can.
I didn't want to paint the section below the blue so I decided to finish it off with some twine that I glued periodically.
The glitter stars finish it off nicely!
