Sorry, @Sue Mosier ~ I looked too and could not find this post. But here is a similar one I did that might give you the information you are looking for! http://www.hometalk.com/diy/grow/diy-create-your-own-water-garden-in-a-container-1878139

It's a fairly simple project. Seal any holes in the bottom of the pot with a good glob of silicone. Let the silicone dry. Put your recirculating pump in the bottom of the pot (pumps and fountain heads...often sold separately...are available at Lowes, Home Depot, etc.), then fill around the pump with rocks. The bottom of the fountain heads/sprayers just slip over a tube that comes out of the top of the pump. Add your plants and you have a fountain! Even the smaller pumps like you'd need for this project usually have a flow adjustment on them. Before you plant your plants, I'd set it up with rocks and water and turn it on and let it run a bit to be sure the water isn't going so high it sprays farther than the size of the pot or it will empty your pot. Get the spray height adjusted before adding your plants even if that means you have to take the rocks out and adjust things a couple of times. If the water level gets below the pump, and the pump is still on, you can burn out your pump. Check the water level daily (I had a pump burn out because my German Shepherd thought I'd created an outside water dish for him and he slurped up all the water, leaving the pump high and dry!) I've found most garden employees at home improvement stores are pretty good at helping you decide what size pump to buy. It looks like this container has 2 or maybe 3 water spouts. If you can't find a fountain head with multiple "spouts", you could use multiple pumps, one for each spout. You wouldn't need very big/expensive pumps for this small container. I'd take the container to the store with me to insure the pumps will fit in your pot. The stones will hold them nicely in place. I would just trail the cord/cords from the pump over the back of the pot and hide it behind the plants. Sometimes the cords for the pumps can be kind of stiff and kinked up from having been packaged for sale. If you use multiple pumps, you might use a couple zip ties to hold them together, trail the "clump" of wires over the back of the pot. If they don't lie neatly out of the way, silicone them to the back of the pot. Good luck! I hope you end up with a lovely fountain!

Thank you, I've been reading quite a bit about container water gardens and I just wanted to make sure I was putting it together correctly. The plants are in separate pots, right and the rest is just rocks. Thanks again Sue
