Using a $3.00 cupboard door from the Habitat ReStore and some items I already had on hand, I created an attractive hanging rack for my kitchen.
You could hang towels or pot holders, or how about some kitchen utensils from the knobs?
This is what the door looked like when I bought it.
After removing the hardware, I stenciled "Cafe de Paris" on the center panel but it seemed a little plain, and I had to do something about the holes.
So I decided to glue some vintage silverware over the holes.
I thought some knobs along the bottom would be a nice addition as well. Pop over to my blog to get some more of the details about how I put it all together.
