Antique Cane Back Display Boxes

Wanting a fresh, clean, summer look for my entertainment bookshelves, I did some quick make-overs on some of my existing decor! These glass display boxes that I purchased at Hobby Lobby (50% off of course) awhile ago were very pretty- but I wanted a different look for them. Enter my thrifting find from a few months ago- some antique Caning that I scored for a few dollars!

I kept it easy and just taped it all down so that I could always change it back. First I added some pretty paper to the bottom.

After that I cut pieces of cane and taped them in as well. I love the new summery, clean look of them and can't wait to incorporate them into my Summer decor!
