Icy Winter Vignette

Childhood memories of winter inspired me to create this winter vignette, A vintage scale, lots of glass, and some natural materials were used to create the display. You can see more in the blog link below.

A green moss ball adds just the right amount of contrast to this predominantly neutral winter vignette.
Gorgeous patina on this vintage scale weight.
This snowy white penguin stands tall in a crown-topped hurricane.
Small glass cubes resemble blocks of ice.

This is absolutely beautiful! I find it difficult to segue from Christmas to Easter with my decor, and as a result, I rely heavily on books and framed seasonal photos, which can get a bit boring. You hit just the right note with this vignette. I love it! By the way, where did you find those glass cubes? While the whole thing could definitely stand on its own without them, they bring it up that one notch from wow to perfect. I am hoping that I can find them in my area.
