An End Table or a Child's Desk?

I have never seen an antique vanity this short before! At 26 inches, the standard height for an end table, you have to ask... could this be an end table, or a child's desk? I actually painted it for a customer who wants it for her daughter, so it will be a child's desk!

I was thinking it is a vanity. I have one similar but mine has a 3 piece mirror attached. The 2 side mirrors fold in.

I have been trying to decide about refinishing it or what...lol. Your piece has given me inspiration to go for it! Thanks.
