Painted Table

$10
Easy
I found a sweet little table at a local antique mill. It was painted red and the drawer was not sitting right. For $10 what did I have to lose? This project took me 3 days to complete but that allowed for drying paint and life around it. It was only maybe 2 hours total time.
Of course, I painted it! It first need a good coat of primer to cover the red paint. I am not the cleanest painter so this happened in the basement. I used paints I had left over from other projects.
I moved and re-glued the drawer runner.
I painted a flower with colors that reminded me of our vacation last year and added an old glass drawer pull I had in my stash of treasures. This now sits in my bathroom.

I love it! I want to paint some sunflowers just on canvas for my granddaughter for part of a wedding present. I only took on "paint night' class that was a flower. I keep trying to start then I say "not today". The wedding is in 2 months this has inspired me. (Sadly not today, I'm babysitting younger grandkids today.)
