Bedroom Chest-of-Drawers Makeover

The chest-of-drawers in our bedroom was the first piece of furniture that I purchased with the intention to paint. To date, all my furniture makeovers have been hand-me-downs or orphans in need of some tender loving care.
I love the french provincial style and the classic black distressed look. Combining the two is a winning combination ... and what a winner my bedroom chest-of-drawers makeover turned out to be!
I found the perfect style of chest-of-drawers on eBay. The colour wasn't right, but I knew I could give it the classic black distressed look I was after. Plus the seller delivered ... there's only so much that I can fit into our little Toyota Corolla.
I'm so pleased with how my bedroom chest-of-drawers makeover turned out. It fits in really well with my bed makeover. How for the tall-boy!
