I had my wedding on May 9 and on a tight budget we decided to decorate ourselves and had a backyard wedding on our own backyard. After much research we found that with k-cups you can create this awesome lighted sign. Our friend decorated an eyesore of a wall with a graffiti of our rings and in the center of it as you see we placed our lighted sign. Our guests were in awe to know I made this myself.
All you need is a piece of board long enough for whatever it is you want the sign to read. I covered the board with burlap as that was my wedding theme. I spelled out our names and began hot gluing the k-cups to form the names.
Deciding weather to use color or white lights. I decided on the white lights. I drilled the holes thru the already glued k-cups and placed bulbs thru them and fastened them on the back of the board with hot glue.
This is the result before lighting.
This was my final result.
