looking at the baskets in this ad,I thought of something I saw on the site for Rit Dye: almost anything made of natural wood/straw, baskets, placemats, coasters, trivets, can be dyed with RIT- different directions than for dying fabric.

I spray painted my baskets that I already had - just wanted to add more color to my living room - they turned out great.
