I would like to use an empty wooden gun cabinet and have a few ideas like a bookcase or for craft store but would like more ideas.

I took an old armore I found for free on the side of the road, and made a beautiful kitchen cabinet out of it. I put a crackle finish on the outside, and chicken wire in place of the wood panels in the door. My husband added the shelving. I think it turned out great.

My daughter made over my son's gun cabinet into a potting station. Added a couple shelves to the inside and used the shelves on the side for supplies and it also has cabinet doors at the bottom where she keeps the potting soil and such

Make it into a place to keep pool cues and items for pool table. Also on inside of door, have a dart board! Man cave stuff! If it has a bottom drawer, you can keep your favorite booze with appropriate drink mugs there as well. No running out of the room to refill during a game! LOL

By adding shelves to the inside the ideas become Limitless. You could use in the bathroom for linen storage, could be used in the kitchen to store canned goods, in the living room to store DVDs and games, and I personally love your craft idea. You could remove the door or leave it on and turn it into a dollhouse. Right now you have an incredible blank slate have a great time with it.

Hi Eva: Here's a picture of what someone did with thiers, maybe you can do something similar. You could even reuse the doors and put on different knobs and handles.
