I bought this hanging decoration at a garage sale....wasn't sure what to do but it had potential!
I brought out my paints, painted deep orange closest to the circle. Then painted a lighter orange in, blending it together .
I wanted to brighten the face so used yellow on eyes and mouth. I spayed with weatherproofing.
It brightens up the fence nicely!
