Glass block shower

So were my parents! They decided to DIY a glass block wall in their shower. They removed the door and made it so there was no step up to the shower. My loves this thing. No more cleaning glass, but it still lets the light in!

I want to put frameless glass doors on my shower, but I do dread the squeegee thing.

Personally I'd still squeegee the interior walls after each shower. It doesn't take much time at all, though longer with this larger shower ofcourse, but it's well worth it in the long run. Just because you can't see "it" doesn't mean it's not there. If your folks don't have well water, like we do, they may want to add a hand held shower head so they can spray it down each time.
