Old Windows To Garden Fence

This space needed something, but the dog wouldn't let anything grow..he likes to lay in my flowers! I needed something that looked good, and kept him out of my plants! We inherited lots of old windows when we purchased our house, among other treasures. It's been almost 2 years and I finally had an idea!
Before
I broke all the glass out of the windows. I should have painted them at this point, but I was anxious to get things moving. I stapled chicken wire to the back side of the frames, then painted the frames black.
100 year old windows
Next I dry brushed antique chalk paint and my husband sealed them.
We then lined them up and used flat elbow brackets to fasten them together.
After
I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out! And the dog can't get to the flowers any more!

This is absolutely the best!! My husband is a carpenter and just brought home about ten perfect old window panels and we are looking for ideas. We made box gardens with wire fencing this year, next year they will be amazing like this instead! Thanks!! Best idea ever!!!
