Garden Gate Via Pallet Boards.

Took one pallet and tore it apart (that's the tough part).
Laid out my design.
Found an old board in my sister's 200 year old barn and cut the curved piece out.
Painted twice and will seal before hanging.
Added hardware and secured it to the back yard fence.

Do you sand the wood? What kind of paint? Should I use a primer first as I'm sure the wood soaks up the paint? These will most likely be walked on by my 4 legged buddy.

This is something I definitely will have to try. Been wanting to buy a gate for my fence so my furry besties can look out , and now because of you I will spend less then buying. thank you so much. I love it!
