DIY Pool Storage
Make this monogrammed pool storage container for pennies in about an hour of time (not counting drying time for the paint).
You can use any recycled plastic container or bucket, but the recycled cat litter container that I used here works perfectly. You'll need spray paint that works on plastic.
I shared the easiest trick to create your own monogram on any hard craft surface. All you need is a printer, computer paper, a pencil and a permanent marker. Oh, and a steady hand helps.
This DIY Pool Storage is perfect for wet items since the container is plastic and has a lid and handle.

You could try animal shelters. Most of what they use is donated. Im sure they'll be happy to give them away. Your local veterinarian hospital would also be a good place to get some. You could also advertise on craigslist. I used to paint them, stencil them and then use them to stack plant pots on. I would use a bunch of buckets of different heights
Grouped together they made a great plat display.
