Beach Inspired Summer Wreath

This fun beach themed wreath will bring a splash of color and sunshine to your front door! Since it's made with Styrofoam it's very lightweight. I think it would look great indoors or outdoors. Keep reading to learn how simple it is to make your own beachy DIY summer wreath.
Supplies needed to make your own beach DIY summer wreath:

12 inch Styrofoam Wreath Form

Styrofoam Cones (5)

5/8 inch Dowel Rod

2 inch Styrofoam Ball

Craft Sand

Mod Podge

Craft Paint (various summer colors)

Hot Glue Gun
Apply a generous layer of Mod Podge to the yellow section of the wreath form. Sprinkle and press sand into the Mod Podge. Gently tap off the excess. The yellow sand will create the beach part of your wreath.
I'm on the lookout for a tiny crab to add to my DIY summer wreath. Have fun crafting, creating, and bringing the beach to your front door!

This is so very creative. I have a question? Did painting on foam require several coats? Does it grab paint like a sponge? I recently found small sea creatures on TEMU app. Very inexpensive, & look hand painted. All under 5.00! 2"-3" size too. Thanks 😉
