Where can I purchase Stardust Quartz floor tiles in the United States?

They are Quartz resin tiles with reflective glass flecks. I have seen either this exact tile or something similar installed in a local Disney Store and in a car showroom. I would like to find someplace local to avoid shipping cost.

I found one distributor in the USA. Dwyer Marble and Stone. They are located in Grand Rapids, Michigan and also have a location in the Detroit area. You cannot order online, but you can phone them.

I also love this tile. I think it is UNBELIEVABLE that in the USA, there is not a SINGLE quartz tile manufacturer. They are all in the UK. Pretty sad. You also cannot find large format glass tile in the USA. The only glass tile available is subway tile 12 x 4" or mosaic glass tile. If you want something 12 x 12 or larger, you must purchase from a manufacturer in the UK.

Everything sold in the states comes from China and it's all the same. Depending on how much you need, you can order it direct for relatively little money. In the states, tile bar and soho sell identical tile -- soho calls it white diamond.
It isn't quartz, but have you looked at terrazzo tile? It's a bolder look, but the same concept. If you're adventurous, you can even make it yourself for a completely custom look. The glass shards to make it are easily available online.
