$12 Thrift Store Find Turned Industrial Cart

I'm in a group of talented bloggers who makeover a piece of furniture each month...with a theme! This month's theme was "INDUSTRIAL". A bit tough for me but I managed to pull something together! This $12 sad little cabinet turned "Industrial Cart" with a little spray paint, metallic glaze, casters and a white washed/weathered top!
It's amazing what a little paint can do! (to the top wood piece AND the cabinet!)
Sad little cabinet. Hardware was loose and falling off. Dirty and plain!
I sprayed it with Rustoleum spray paint and then let that dry. I finished up with a glaze I mixed up to give it an even more rustic, metallic look.
I added wheels to the bottom. So nice to be able to move it about!
The orange-y wood top was given a cleaning and then a white wash/weathered finish.
No more orange wood. I finished up by applying a coat of clear wax on the top.
