Summer Along the Coast - or Anywhere

These succulent filled conch shells make it easy to feel you're relaxing at the seashore.
Just drill drainage holes in any large shell that will hold soil, fill it with potting mix and stick in succulent cuttings.
Succulents root very easily and after a few weeks planted in the shell will send out roots.
Keep moist by watering every few days - you'll know you're done when the shell feels "heavy" in your hand.

So the shells are not destroyed, what kind of drill bit should I use? Any particular recommendations as to method?
