Come read the latest blog post by Robin from Redo It Yourself Inspirations on how she turned a broken roadside find into this beautiful, Midnight Sky and toile chair!
It's another trash to treasure!

I was excited to find this chair at the curb, despite the work that it needed. It was missing parts.
Because one arm support was missing and the other side was cracked and falling loose, I decided to remove them and redesign it.
Then I removed the old upholstery to prepare the chair for painting.
I chose Midnight Sky for the paint color. It's sleek and beautiful.
Without sanding or distressing, the color remained solid. Then it was more radiant with a coat of Pearl Wax.
It goes perfectly with this yellow and blue shades of toile print fabric.
I upholstered the seat first, then the backrest.
The results are wonderful.
This shade of blue is beautiful!
The pearl wax gives it just the right amount of sheen.
I hope I inspired you to try some Midnight Sky!

Happy painting!
