Happy Halloween

I started with some recycled pallet wood and a piece of 1x6 pine.
Using letter stencils and free handing the bat, I cut them out using a band saw.
I used Minwax Espresso to stain the palet wood. It's hard to tell from the picture but it really accentuates the grain.
The finished product. I outlined the bat with a white paint pen just to help it stand out against the dark background.
