"From Revolving Picture Frame To Ferris Wheel Candy Holder"

I was out looking in resale shops this past week and came across this and thought how much it reminded me of the cupcake Ferris Wheels. Although it wasn't quite big enough for that, I did think it would make a cute candy one. I do candy buffets for special occasions and for my grandkids birthdays, so I thought I'd give it a try.
I wasn't sure what I'd use for the little baskets, but I came across these small condiment cups at the grocery store. They were only a $1.99 for four, so I thought they would be perfect.
I sweet talked hubby and promised him peanut M&M's, his favorite, if he'd punch the holes in them for me.
I used coated wire to hang them on the Ferris Wheel.
My daughter was over while I was working on it, she said it would be cute with some lights. I just happen to have a couple of battery ones.
I have two grandkids with birthdays this month, so we will be using it soon.
