What kind of glue or adhesive can I use to glue plastic composite boards with natural rubberand? Which do I use for the bonding of natural rubber with Chinese stone tiles?

If the plastic you are using are hard in nature, then PVC glue will work the best. It will not let go as long as the surface area being glued is substantial (a lap joint as aposed to a but joint). Gorilla glue is a strong glue, but it expands when dried so the seams will show. J.B. Weld will only truly hold on metals.

Locktite Construction Adhesive - comes in a tube like caulk.  Will have to clamp together or put some weight on top.  Directions say it will work on plastics, concrete woods and etc.  Pretty good Adhesive and it dries quickly.

The plastic is not so hard as PVC. It is made of compressed plastic under high pressure.
