Dana's Outdoor Junk Decor

I was privileged this summer to include a tour of my friend Dana's yard and gardens on my blog, Organized Clutter. Dana is a co-owner of an occasional shop that sells vintage, repurposed and upcycled wares. Not only can Dana find cool stuff, but she can arrange it and display it in just awesome outdoor vignettes.
This display of rusty wheels, horseshoes, gears, an old pump and milk can lines one side of Dana's garage. The weathered fence makes a perfect backdrop.
I love ladders in the garden. This ladder is from an Everwear playground slide.
Equipment wheels of all shapes and sizes decorate Dana's yard.
Here a rustic and rusty "plant stand" holds a potted plant on her front porch.
Succulents planted in a pig feeder on display on Dana's back deck! See the whole tour for more outdoor junk decorating ideas on my blog!

Depending on where you live, its amazing

how much money these kinds of items cost, (or should I say how much the owners think they’re worth)!?”

Having been lucky enough to have married into a spread out, 4th-5th generation ranching family, I’ve pulled many similar things out of old barns, sheds, bunk houses, etc. I know how fortunate I am to have those great resources!
