Rustic Kitchen Floor Renovation

South Cypress
by South Cypress
Laura loved her kitchen except for the linoleum flooring that did not coordinate with the rest of her house. The light colored linoleum flooring also had a reputation for showing every speck of dirt and being difficult to keep clean.
Before Kitchen Floor
Laura had her new floor installed by a local professional who took great care of her appliances and cabinets that she loved and were not being replaced. Tip: Always remove appliances when installing new kitchen flooring.
Demo and PrepBr
The new flooring is a rustic wood look tile that not only looks great, but is also extremely durable and easy to maintain.
Segato Riverwood 6 x 36 - Sangro
Laura's advice for wood look floors, "Use a dark grout color and lay the planks in a random pattern to mimic real wood planking."
Segato Riverwood 6 x 36 - Sangro
The Segato Riverwood Sangro is a great choice for Laura's kitchen because the light tones tie into the cabinets while the darker tones match appliances and other accessories.

Wood tile is versatile and there are options available for almost any space. Here, Laura proves that a rustic wood flooring can be used in a more contemporary space and still look amazing!
