Antique Glass Lamp Top Used as a Flower Vase

Easy
Sometimes an idea swirls around in my head for a while before I act on it. We've had this old lamp in our family for probably 60 years. It was my moms. The electrical part of it does not work. This photo shows the glass shade of the lamp used to house a flower vase. Viola!
The vase would look best if it is flush with the top of the glass latern shade . Thus, the flowers look like they are flowing out of the top naturally. Any trailing flowers would look beautiful. Of times these tops can be found in antique or thrift stores.
