The leaves are spotty and discolored but the flowers are fine. Any thoughts?

Looks like you have spider mite. Check for webbing underneath the leaves. Start spraying with a insectiisidle soap.

Some kind of bug infestation. But like Janet Pizarro, probably spider mites.I bought a pet and child friendly product and used it on mine two years ago when I first tried planting morning glories,I also had a ant problem. But no more.

Yep spider mites make your own safer soap with a qrt of water and 2 TBLS dish soap, spray the underside of the leaves...these stinkers can devastate your whole garden if you don't get a handle on it.
