Cheap Home Gym

I have a new contributing writer to my blog. It is my daughter-in-law daughter Alice. Not only is she my new decorating assistant, but she is a personal trainer. She created a wonderful cheap home gym!
Do you hate large commercial gyms? Feel intimidated working out with other people? If so, Alice will show you how to set up your own home gym.
The best way to liven up a home gym is paint. Another fun addition could be an accent wall like the one in my home gym pictured below made from tin roofing panels purchased from Lowes.
"The next thing you can add to dress up your fitness space is motivational prints, signs, posters and pictures. Utilize great quotes and motivational sayings from athletes and fitness guru’s. Find motivational slogans and sayings on Pinterest to print and frame for your space. Sometimes all it takes is a little encouragement to push out one more rep. "
Now that your space is decorated and motivating, it is time to fill it with the essential fitness equipment. Depending on your taste in exercise and the types of workouts you would like to perform, will determine what equipment you want to put in your home gym.

I'm in the process of converting an unused room to an highly anticipated gym room. Your's looks great! I have wood floors and was wondering what I should cover them with to avoid damaging them . Any ideas ?
