Secure a large round planter to the top and add a hanging plant such as a fuchsia or other such draping plant. If you know a chainsaw carver you could have them make a totem out of it.

Is perhaps a whole in the center of the stump?

Use the center as a planter - fern, coleus, etc (depending on the amt of sun). Then, embed stones (Quartz, etc) , flattened marbles, tumbled glass, old broaches, etc into the bark in a random or "river" design.

Put a large top on it and make it a toad stool (mushroom)? Turn it into a fairy house by putting doors and windows on it? Great whimsical ideas on pinterest!

I'd make it into a fairy high rise with little doors and windows, maybe a few "porches" here and there. :)

How about a fairy garden. You can be so creative. Keep simple or really fix it up with real plants, little houses, etc.

A chair that you can actually sit on. cut from the top, down the middle vertically ( maybe 1/3 the way) until you reach chair height. The cut horizontally to form the seat. Depending on your taste you can decorate the vertical piece. If you don't have a chain saw you can rent one from home depot,

I would turn it into a fairy or gnome house add a planter to the top of it that holds morning glory's so it trails down to help enhance the fairy or gnome house. The totem pole idea is pretty neat also.

From the top, dig into the core, plant a hanging flowering vine. Could be an annual you change up every summer, or perennial that withstand your winter.
