Tiling our rental house bathroom

This is our first house purchased back in 1971. We have kept it to use as retirement investment. However, everyone knows what happened to the Real Estate market. We have rented it for years and most people took care of it. However, some did not. I got William T to tile it. He asked me what I wanted and I was so discouraged because it was not taken care of the last time that I said just tile it I don't care. Little did I know that he would put so much into it. This is the finished results. (Besure to look at my sunroom tile, another job he did). This should bring the value of the property up.
