Coastal Bookcase Makeover -General Finishes Persian Blue W/White Glaze

I found this Ethan Allen bookcase at the thrift store for $25 a few years ago. It sat in my office all this time just waiting to get pretty! I finally pulled it out and did it. Love the General Finishes Winter White Glaze over this one!
I used a blend of Persian Blue, Snow White and a tiny touch of Lamp Black (General Finishes) for the main color. Snow White interior.
$25 thrift store find!
Applying the glaze liberally, then wiping a bit away and dry brushing the rest.
Applying the Winter White Glaze to the LONG sides (more details on how to do this in the post linked below)
A picture of one of the doors with the Winter White Glaze....and one without. What a difference the glaze makes!
Loving the contrast of the bright white and the blue. Perfect for coastal decor. (I've got baking decor in there now but restyled it for a new post on the blog next week...in coastal decor :) ) Link to blog is below.
