A recent project in a local ski home, originally built in the 70's required serious renovations
This is just the ground floor guest area (bedroom not shown). plenty to do on the main levels still. Stay tuned...
Before picture of guest living area, common area, ski room...old paneling and red shag....
Before picture of guest bathroom, so 70's, this will be a gut and remodel....look at the details...
New Guest area (remember the red shag?) We installed a new wood grain tile floor, spray foam insulated all the walls and installed a new window (Marvin Integrity)
The fireplace is still over whelming, the client is attached to the over all look but we added slate to the base in front and repainted with a dry lock paint. Wood grain tile on the floor.
We added a solid wood tongue and grove wall and painted that white. Created a movable bench for removing skin things and boots...and coat hooks on the wall.
The new Bathroom....wall between old toilet and shower removed and everything completely down to the raw concrete gutted and redone. White Carrera marble on the shower walls. and full glass unit makes the small space appear more spacious. the shower area is 3 foot by 4 foot.
The new Carrera marble shower area, complete with sliding bar and hand shower what more could anyone ask for in an Oasis? Shower and sink fixtures are from Hansa, Sliding bar is from HansGrohe, and soap shelf from SMEDBO.
in the midsts....this was the bathroom space after demo...
spray foam walls, new dry wall going in
wood grain tile floor being installed...
building the vanity in our workshop... sink is from Villeroy and Bosch
its all in the details....we built this with two drawers to make more ergonomic. notice the cut out in the top drawer for the drain pipe... We try to make the most efficient use of space in all or our furniture.
Newly built from old Barn reclaimed Barn wood Vanity in place. Faucet is from Hansa.(classic line in chrome)
