DIY Magnetic Strip Organizer

As a busy mom of two young kids, getting everyone ready in the mornings can sometimes be stressful. Between preparing lunches and getting the kids dressed, mornings can definitely get pretty hectic around here. However, to help make my mornings run more smoothly, I decided to organize some of my personal care products using a DIY Magnetic Strip Organizer. It is an easy way to keep some of my essentials readily available. Here's what you'll need:
magnetic strip
duct tape
mounting tape
scissors & utility knife
Cut the magnetic sheet into two strips. Mine were sized according to what I planned on putting on them: bobby pins, tweezer, etc.
Use the duct tape to make the strips look a bit more attractive. I found this gorgeous green tape from the dollar store.
Use the mounting tape to adhere the magnetic strips to the wall. Now, they are ready to hold all your essentials that are metal, such as bobby pins, tweezers, nail files, and more. I love that they look so attractive but they are totally functional.
