I am a renter, so it would need to be temporary, removable and yet personable.
I know how to use a hammer and nails and clue gun, drill. And on a budget, if it's something I may or may not leave behind the owner may not get too mad.

There are racks/shelving units made for that area. If you don’t like the ones out there, you could use their basic idea to build one you like.

You could also go with simple wood shelves on nice brackets. We get nice ones at our local Habitat for Humanity recycle store. Add purchased boxes or baskets or recycle sturdy shipping boxes with fabric, rope or decorative paper to keep your cost down. You could put towels/toilet paper on one shelf then two more shelves with boxes for non daily items.

A plastic stackable bookcase. You could paint it any color you wanted. An outdoor bench seat. You could replace the fabric on the top of the seat with whatever fabric pattern you desired.
