How do I get more storage out of a really small bathroom?

Ok call me crazy, I moved from a house with 2 full bathrooms with 6 drawers for all my bathroom stuff....to a place that has one dinky little bathroom with no storage except under the sink, I am having a heck of a time trying to get anything under there with the pipes right in the middle how are you supposed to work around that....Help

I sadly have very limited storage too. This is one idea that I liked and saved, in our case we have a small pedestal sink.
A neighbor of mine cut the area between the wall studs and made shelving - a hidden cabinet there with mirrred doors that roll.
Thank you will keep that in mind, I rent so would have to see what I can do.
You can hang baskets on the walls as shelves and storage space.
You can get an over the commode shelving unit. We got ours at Home Depot. It has 3 glass shelves. It gives you plenty of extra room for toiletries, towels, etc.
