Hi there, I would not recommend that. Real tile and grout needs to put on cement board or at least something that will never give or move or it will simply just break off. If you really want to cover your fiber glass rub surround they make stick on tiles that look really nice and are really easy to install.
Some in the industry/profession say "no"...some say it's possible. Probably not the best idea, but if you're determined, go for it! Here's the links I found for you and the info varies. You be the judge.

Can you tile over a fiberglass shower surround?
If you are asking can the tile be applied to the surface of fiberglass, I would highly discourage you from doing that. It has been done but that does not mean you should do it. You would be heading straight into DIY GONE WRONG land. You will end up with a look that is more like the proverbial "House that Jack Built". Your home is an investment, not a DIY testing ground so tread lightly. I would talk to the bathroom refitter companies, I would look at saving $3,000-$5,000 and do a well planned and You tube educated bathroom diy remodel. It can be done - I have done it and I did it for less than $3k but I reused the toilet and sinks, faucets and mirror and doors and trim. I utilized Stock ceramic tile and only added fancy tile as accent at chair rail height and interspersed in the floor design. I did all my own plumbing. It was an extra bath so the 4 months it took me was no issue. It also allowed me to do a Pay as I Go buying story.
