How do I change out an older style toilet for a new one?
I have an older home. The toilet in my bathroom has two studs holding the toilet down. all new ones only have one. How do i change this old toilet for a new one?

Hello Crystal, I looked on home depot and they still have the ones that have 2 bolts. I don't quite understand what you mean that they only have one bolt.

More importantly, you need to know the distance from the wall to the middle of the toilet, where it would fit on the floor, and the preferred shape and height of the replacement, insuring you have adequate floor space.
