How to hide an ugly granite countertop in bathroom?

I have a liver problem and want to avoid fumes from epoxy paints. My granite top is so ugly I can’t stand to look at it. It is a 60 inch top.

Because paint fumes bother you, you most likely need to have the countertop removed and replaced with quartz.
The only good solution is replacement.
Try contact paper. It comes in many patterns and sizes. Can also consider peel and stick tiles.
