You could consider adding a medicine cabinet.
Then mount a mirror or mirror tiles and dwcorate it like a window. Maybe rope lights around it would make it fun!
we have an extremely small toilet area. (sink is outside this space) storage over the toilet goes to the ceiling and across from the toilet and beside it are mirrors.
