Rubbing alcohol works well to break down sticky residue from the stickers and will not hurt your tub...

Thanks Tamara! I'll try the rubbing alcohol 1st being as I have some on hand.

Apply Goo Gone and use a scraper razor to gently remove the sticker and residue. I can't live without Goo Gone in my house - I use it for some many things!

Thanks Cindy! I'll get some Goo Gone if the rubbing alcohol doesn't work.

If you don't want to remove the finish off your porcelain tub, or if you have fiberglass, try baby oil first. Let it soak for about 30 minutes then clean off with a soft scrub like Barkeepers Friend for tub and tile. This worked for me.

Thanks! I know I'll be picking up some Barkeepers Friend. From what I've been reading it seems to work for quite a few things.

    Goo Gone or WD40.

Thanks William! I haven't found Goo Gone very effective. I'm out of WD40 & need to pick some up anyway. So I'll give it a try .
