Sorry, have to at least bust out bottom row surrounding tub because the tub has a lip that goes up behind it to prevent leaking. Plus you'll need room to lift up tub to get over the floor tile. Just know tubs are not totally consistent in size, so still will most likely have to do creative tile work.

Cover the floor with hardboard or plywood. Break up the tub with a heavy hammer or cut it up with a reciprocating saw (Sawzall) into smaller pieces.
