There are some awesome stencils out there that you could use with glass paint to actually create a frame on the glass itself

Glue moulding to it as decor to make a frame look or take the measurements to a Hobby Lobby and get a frame built.
You can frame very easily with molding. Lowe's actually has corners and side pieces especially for Mirrors! If you are handy, you can save $$ and cut your own. Good luck!
