How to do over the 1950 pink and black tile without the painting sandi
don't want to paint..the tile doesn't rough up enough to hold the paint..need ideas, the tile extends into shower

Why not use Self adhesive Tile Covers or Sticker or Transfers or Clings instead.........
It sounds like this is in a bathroom? If so, it's an easy fix. Take up the old tile and replace it with any kind and color you like. Be sure and look at the tile that looks like wood, I think that's what I will use next time.
